Target Audience
The target audience would be from the ages 14-22 mainly the time of higher education. The demographic of my magazine is along the lines of what I've previously stated already, a male/female gender target but more predominantly male open to all races, looking at mainly the C1 category of social status. The area that im aiming it at is the English speaking countries it features artists from the UK USA and Australia so those countries would be more inclined to purchase it. The psychographic of the magazine is the mainstreamers and individuals. A lot of music people are artists trying to get noticed and are individuals taking an interest in artists similar to themselves and the mainstreamer's like to follow this person that’s what makes artists successful in my opinion. The sub-cultures are mainly the group that say they aren't in a group, I’m also aiming it at the Indie culture though as well as the group that spend a lot of time either online or downloading hence the title of the magazine.
